I understand that programs of this nature contain an element of hazard and, in consideration of my child being permitted to take part in the program, I agree to save harmless and keep indemnified Charlottetown Yacht Club, and their respective agents, officials, servants and representatives from and against all claims, actions, costs, expenses and demands in respect to death, injury, loss, damage to person or property, howsoever caused, arising out of or in connection with taking part in Charlottetown Yacht Club's activities, notwithstanding that the same may have contributed to or caused or occasioned by the negligence of the same bodies or any of them, or their agents, officials, servants or representatives. I also understand that the Charlottetown Yacht Club is responsible for the supervision of my child during class time only. If I cannot supervise my child outside these times, it is my responsibility to arrange for alternate supervision. I further understand and agree that this release is binding upon myself, my heirs, executors and assigns. By confirming the registration, I am verifying that I have read through and agree to the terms and conditions outlined herein. I understand it is the sole responsibility of the individual registrant attending the course(s) to ensure that they meet all of the registration requirements. Registrants who do not meet the age requirements and/or course prerequisites will not receive course completion credit. Refund Policy The Charlottetown Yacht Club's on line financial app has instituted a charge to process refunds. This charge will be passed on when refunds are issued. Refunds may be issued according to the following refund policy: -If sailor withdraws by March 27/26 - 95% refund -If sailor withdraws by April 26/26 - 45% refund -If sailor withdraws after April 27/26 - no refund In order to request a refund, please contact Charlottetown Yacht Club at ([email protected]) or by phone at (902-892-9065) with the order number and registrant name. Refunds will be made with the same method as the original payment. Charlottetown Yacht Club reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange that does not meet the outlined terms. The Charlottetown Yacht Club also reserves the right to refund or refuse registration of non-members registering during the member blackout period. I, the parent and/or legal guardian of my child , hereby give Charlottetown Yacht Club, its employees, agents, assigns, and legal representatives the irrevocable right to use my child’s name, photograph, image, audio recording, video recording and likeness (collectively, " my child’s image”) in all forms and manner, including but not limited to, publication on Charlottetown Yacht Club-owned and non-Charlottetown Yacht Club- owned property, print media, digital media, the Internet, social media sites, media releases and broadcasts, without further notification. I understand that the Charlottetown Yacht Club cannot control unauthorized use of my child’s image by persons not associated with the Charlottetown Yacht Club once my child’s image has been published. I hereby forever waive any right to inspect or approve any publication of my child)’s image by the Charlottetown Yacht Club. I hereby forever release and waive any and all claims I may have or ever have against the Charlottetown Yacht Club, its elected officials, employees, agents, assigns and legal representatives for the use of my child’s Image. I have carefully reviewed and understand the above provisions and agree to be bound by them. I voluntarily and irrevocably give my consent and agree to this release and waiver.
